This publication collects as little personal data as it can, and this notice explains the little it keeps.
Who is collecting
The collecting entity for this website is Fluxen Frame Insights 商行 (sole proprietorship), registered office at No. 85, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City, 105 Taipei City, Taiwan. The business is identified as UBN (統一編號): 79537189, and its Responsible person (負責人): Chen Yu-ting. When this notice says “the desk,” it means this entity acting through its editorial staff.
This notice applies at fluxenframe.digital and describes how the desk handles personal data under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, 個人資料保護法). It was written to be read, not skipped, so it stays short and concrete.
What this site never does
No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site. No advertising pixels are embedded, no profiles are assembled from your visits, and no information collected here is used for marketing lists of any kind.
What is collected, and why
The only channel that collects personal data is the inquiry form on the contact page, together with any direct email you choose to send. When you use it, the desk receives:
- your name, as you type it;
- your email address, used for nothing besides replying;
- your phone number, only if you choose to supply one;
- the subject category you select and the free-text message you write;
- your confirmation that you have read this notice.
The purpose of collection is specific and narrow: to read and answer your inquiry. The PDPA basis for this collection is the specific purpose of responding to your inquiry, which you consent to at the moment of submission by ticking the confirmation box. Where your inquiry travels
The form posts directly to this site’s own handler at /api/inquiry, on the same domain, over an encrypted connection. No third-party form service, tracker or CRM sits in the path. From the handler, the message is delivered to the desk’s mailbox, where it is read by the staff who answer inquiries. Nothing else receives a copy.
How long data is kept
An inquiry is kept only as long as the conversation it opens: once your question is answered and no follow-up is outstanding, the record is deleted as a matter of routine practice. Correspondence left quiet for longer than twelve months is treated as closed and deleted in the desk’s regular housekeeping. If you ask for deletion sooner, it happens sooner (see below). The locally stored cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or erase your browser’s storage for this site — the desk never receives a copy of it.
Your rights under the PDPA
Taiwan’s data protection law gives you rights over your own data, and the desk honors them without ceremony. At any time you may:
- ask what inquiry records, if any, the desk still holds about you (請求閱覽);
- request a correction or supplementation of data that is wrong or out of date;
- ask the desk to stop using your data for the inquiry, or delete it outright;
- withdraw consent to continued correspondence, which ends it.
To exercise any of these rights, write from any address to info@fluxenframe.digital or post to the registered office above, with enough detail (name, approximate date, email address used) to locate the record. Requests are answered within a reasonable period; only a data subject may make them, and only the requesting person receives the answer.
Security, in plain terms
The connection from your browser to this site is encrypted. Access to the inquiry mailbox is limited to the staff answering it. No system that handles your data this site collects is perfect, so the desk collects as little as possible, which is a security measure of its own.
Children
This is a publication about data quality and investment methodology for adult readers; it is not directed at children, and the desk does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version appears at this address. The date and substance of material changes to collection practice will be stated here plainly.
